Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential retail sites through demographic and catchment analyses.
- Negotiate leases and coordinate with landlords, agents, and authorities.
- Secure zoning approvals and regulatory clearances.
- Support feasibility and location selection processes in line with expansion plans.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Management or related to the field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property acquisition or retail site development.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
