LAUGFS Lubricants Limited is the only Sri Lankan company to launch its own brand of lubricants, providing advanced solutions for all classes of motor vehicles and industrial applications. Introduced to the market in July 2008, it became the first locally branded lubricant to compete successfully with multinational players.
All lubricants are blended in Sri Lanka using cutting-edge technology, adhering to strict international industry standards. In 2015, the company established its own Tribology Park, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to lube oil processing, research and development, quality control, and storage, with a strong focus on safety and environmental compliance.
Tribology Park is specifically designed to optimize performance under conditions unique to Sri Lanka, ensuring vehicles operate at their best. The plant has a blending capacity of 25 million liters per annum, with batch blending vessels that guarantee product homogeneity through new generation additive technology.
The facility is operated by a team of highly skilled professionals, including chemists, formulation scientists, and engineering staff, committed to delivering high-quality, reliable lubricant solutions for the local and regional markets.
