Project Engineer / Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for new retail outlets.
- Prepare BOQs, tenders, and cost estimates.
- Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring quality and compliance.
- Monitor contractor performance and progress reports.
Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution or cost control.
- Proficient in MS Project and construction cost tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills.
