LAUGFS Leisure Limited has taken over the management of Emerald Bay Hotel and Temple Tree Resorts and Spa in the Induruwa area. Director CEO, LAUGFS Leisure Limited Harsha Gamage said the company is now looking at consolidating their hotel portfolio. “It was due to this that I came to the WTM and met several operators who are ready to market these two properties,” he said. Emerald Bay Hotel is a property with 50 air conditioned rooms with satellite TV, tea making facilities and minibar and is a three star property. All rooms are facing the sea at two levels thus some rooms offering the balconies and the others with sit outs.
