Legal Officer – Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property contracts, licenses, and BOI/local authority compliance
- Manage regulatory approvals and ensure adherence to statutory requirements..
- Provide legal support on project and vendor contracts.
- Ensure all expansion projects meet statutory and legal standards.
Candidate Profile
- Attorney-at-Law with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Exposure to property and project-related legal work.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and legal accuracy.
