Every vehicle that is driven in to the Car Care Service Centre is first received at the “Vehicle Reception†which is a novel concept where the vehicle will be fully inspected by the technically conversant automobile experts and then make recommendations if required to the customer who is the final decision maker.
The customer waiting area has been made a modern waiting room with no waste of time as it gives the opportunity to view cable TV, Free WiFi, Coffee and tea dispenser, reading materials and Car Care tips to look after one’s vehicle.
The newly opened Dehiwala Laugfs Car Care Service Centre rewards the customers with a “Full Service Labour charge waiver with every total treatment which is done with the use of original – superior service materials.
